Return & Refund

Shipping
Orders are typically shipped via International Express with delivery generally completed within 5–10 business days. Please note that International Express shipments commonly require the recipient’s contact phone number and relevant tax identification for Customs Clearance.
As a more economical alternative, Airmail or ePacket are available through China Post or Hong Kong Post. These options have an estimated delivery timeframe of 15–30 business days, sometimes the shipping time may extend beyond this range.
